Inthis10classesprogressivecourseofcreativearts,fineartsandculturalartsprogramforkidswewillbepromotingcriticalandcreativethinkinginchildrenthroughartisticinstruction.Withhands-onapproachtolearningwithafocusonproblemsolvingandself-expression.Theyoungartistswillgetanintroductiontotheworldofartlearningnewskillsonaweek-to-weekbasisinaninteractiveandentertainingenvironment.WewillbefocusingonArthistorystartingfromAncientEgyptianart,passingthroughtheAztecs,ByzantineartallthewaytoCubismandandoutsiderart!Eachclasswillbebasedonadifferenttopicandthereforadifferentcraft,wewillbetellingastoryatthebeginningoftheclass,thenwewillworkonsketchesandthenfinalizeonthatdayscraft,paintingorsculpture.Kidswillgetachancetousecolouredpencils,markers,crayons,oilpastels,chalk,watercolours,acrylics,clayandmuchmore,astheycreatetheirownart.
